Кошка девочка примерно 9 лет. Началось все с банального чиханий, текла водичка с левого глаза и носа. Мы подумали что она простудилась. Были в больнице, доктор дал антибиотики, и какой то порошок в корм. Сказал что возможно что то застряло. Пропили мы таблетки. вроде стало легче почти стали проходить сопли и глаз. И тут не ожидано, с одной стороны носа напухло, что немного перекасило носик. Мы поехали сделали рентген, врач сказала что возможно это рак, она не знает надо сдать анализ. С носа взяли кусочек и отправили на биопсию.Нашей Фиби стало хуже,глазик начал закрываться нижнем веком, и стал гноиться. Выкладываю рентген и результаты биопсии. Помогите пожалуйста советом. Живем заграницей и к сожалению нет хороших врачей. Незнaeм что делать.(((((

FINAL REPORT:

PAS and ZN stains for fungi and mycobacteria respectively, were both negative. However, only a small amount of tissue remained in this tissue block.
.
COMMENT:
An infectious aetiology could not be confirmed or excluded on the basis of these samples. In the light of these findings, I would strongly advise further histological evaluation of this lesion in order to try and reach a more conclusive diagnosis.

(HIST01) Histology upto 3 sites
PRELIMINARY REPORT:
.
Swelling over nasal cavity on left side. X-rays show soft tissue capacity filling left nostril and seemingly extending into the sinus. Blind grab biopsy taken.
.
1 small, friable sample received; 1 section evaluated (4 levels).
.
These multiple tissue sections show some crush artefact, hindering accurate interpretation of the changes in all areas. The sections Consist of trabeculae of apparently pre-existing bone, which are being infiltrated by a proliferative cell population, mostly consisting of plump spindled to polygonal cells. There is mild atypia and mitotic activity in this cell population and scattered small lymphocytes, plasma cells and neutrophils are admixed. However, apparently closely associated with the latter cell population are multifocal, poorly defined packets of epithelial cells, resembling squamous epithelium. Accurate orientation as to the exact location of the epithelium is difficult in these sections.

DIAGNOSIS:
Probable neoplasia (DDX granulomatous inflammation).
.
COMMENT:
Accurate interpretation of these changes is difficult due to the small and fragmented nature of the sample. There is evidence of infiltration of pre-existing bone by a mixed cell population, strongly suggestive of granulomatous inflammation. However, the presence of occasional islands of epithelial cells, apparently associated with the bone and inflammatory tissue, raises the possibility of an underlying squamous cell carcinoma, which may have infiltrated pre-existing bone, with secondary infection.

I have requested PAS and ZN stains to look for fungi and mycobacteria and a further report will follow on Monday.

Доброе утро!Помогите разобраться что делать.Котёнку три месяца.Вчера стал ходить жидко в туалет по большому.Кормлю сухим кормом брит,влажный Hills,роял.Вчера сын напугал его,может это быть от перенесённого стресса?Что можно ему дать чтобы закрепить стул?
